A Chapter 7 (fresh start) is the most common type
of bankruptcy. A Chapter 13 (wage earner plan) is required if your budget
(page 8) shows that you will have more income than you will need or
if you need in certain other situations such as stopping a foreclosure,
paying back taxes over 3-5 years, paying traffic tickets and getting
